God has given a candle in our hands. We need to always carry this candle. It is a small candle and it gives light only for one foot-step ahead. Once we put the immediate one feet length that we can see, the candle will throw the light to the next step. What is after 10 steps? what is after 100 steps? all these we dont need to worry. Jesus will take care this for us. We just need to always put the immediate step that we can see now, for which we are capable now. All others, our loving Jesus will take care. We just need to have this simple belief. And one more thing, never forget to carry this small candle. This is a candle which is made out of our love, purity, prayer life and the flame is holy spirit.
When the wax is not good, the flame will not be bright and some times it will give very dark smoke.
So pl always make sure the wax (love, purity of heart, prayerful life) is good.

Let others know Jesus, not our lives
Sadhu Sundar Singh:
Even Mahatma Gandhi also told this. Why many people say like this? We 'Christians', has ever throught about this?
When anybody came to know about Jesus and his teachings, he get some expectations about how Jesus' disciples should live and should be living.
But we "Chsritians', dont live as per his teachings, that is where the problem lies.
Out inner dont change only outer changes.
"I had believed that Christians would be like living angels; in this I was
sadly mistaken."Even Mahatma Gandhi also told this. Why many people say like this? We 'Christians', has ever throught about this?

Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe
Once as I wandered in the mountains, I came upon an outcropping of rocks, and as I sat on the highest rock to rest and look out over the valley, I saw a nest in the branches of a tree. The young birds in the nest were crying noisily. Then I saw how the mother bird returned with food for
her young ones. When they heard the sound of her wings and felt her presence nearby, they cried all the more loudly and opened their beaks wide. But after the mother bird fed them and flew away again, they were quiet. Climbing down to look more closely, I saw that the newly hatched birds had not yet opened their eyes. Without even being able to see their mother, they opened their beaks and begged for nourishment whenever she approached.
These tiny birds did not say: "We will not open our beaks until we can see our mother clearly and also see what kind of food she offers.
We humans often think of ourselves as the greatest living beings, but do we not have something to learn from these common birds? We often question the reality and the loving nature of God. But the Master has said: "Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe." Whenever we open our hearts to God, we receive spiritual nourishment and grow more and more into the likeness of God until we reach spiritual maturity. And once we open our spiritual eyes and see God’s presence, we find indescribable and unending bliss.
